thanks for using healthcare magic
About 95% of ovarian cysts are benign, meaning they are not cancerous. Treatment for cysts depends on the size of the cyst and symptoms. for pain u can take pain killer and contraceptive pill to regulate the menses. u can also do a warm bath, or heating pad applied to the lower abdomen near the ovaries can relax tense muscles and relieve pain.
explain. it says there are bilateral ovarianfollicles & a probable follicular cyst arising from the right ovary & there is no free fred fluid in the cul-de-sac

hey! please tell me the proper management if PCOs and an ovarian cyst 4Ã3.6cm in size in right ovary
Hello and welcome to HCM,
PCOS is managed by a combination of drugs comprisig of clomiphene citrate and metformin.
It needs to be determined that the cyst in right ovary is an isolated cyst or one of the cysts of polycystic ovary.
Follicular scan is performed to know the number and size of the follicles in the ovary.
However, you need to consult your gynecologist for prescription of the drugs.
