Hi, Presence of mole from the time of birth is not dangerous; If there is appearance of new moles or increase in size of the preexisting mole, change in color of the mole or pain at the site of mole or ulceration of the mole or discharge from the mole are considered as dangerous. If any of the later said features are there you should see a surgeon.
