Moles are usually dark colored small skin growths which develop from pigment producing cells callled the melanocytes, Moles respond to hormonal changes in many women especially pregnants, and their enlargement and drakening is quite common during pregnancy but, if there is any oozing of any fluid, blood or pus it needs to be evaluated for possible melanoma by a dermatologist who can do a biposy and come to the right diagnosis and treat it. So, please visit your dermatologist for further evaluation! However this will not affect your pregnancy in any way so you should be concerned but not worried!
