Swollen knee. Not able to straighten the leg. Opinion?
My left knee has been swollen for the past 2 months. I'm unable to straighten it back properly. Not much severe pain, just "toothache" type pain, there all the time. No accidents etc. Just developed gradually. Would like your opinion thank you. Chris.

If there is severe pain in movement of your leg and there is no positive xray finding then we can say it might be due to sprain.immobilization is essence of any orthopedic or soft tissue injury.
