Can I use baking soda to reduce tendonitis in my elbow ? If yes, what dosage should I use and for how long? I have had tendonitis in my left elbow for 5 months, and have been resting the elbow as much as possible - no golf. The pain has reduced but I cannot get rid of the problem completely.

take baking soda in water one spoon four times a day. it will remove bacteria from genital track . you can also take cranberry juice in same way. these both are effective as it alkalinise urine and kills bacteria.. you can take tablet norfloxacin 400mg twice a day for 7 days..beside this maintain genital hygine
