Suggest Remedy For Numbness In Feet
hello, i am a diabetic of 15 yrs, i am having numbness in my feet and they often feel cold, is this now signs of poor circulation, if so, got any tips or advice on how i can help better this problem? i thought of increased excersise in my legs, and better watch on my surgars .....

I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties in your foot. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications.
the numbness of feet is related to nerves this complication is called Diabetic neuropathy
The cold feet can be due to poor circulation this is called as PVD
i suggest you to do some test to confirm this conditions
1.vibration perception testing for nerves
2.Ankle brachial index to confirm about your blood circulation
good diabetes control is very important
meet your podiatrist to find about tips in foot care
