Hi,

Generally, the starting dose for prophylaxis is 20 mg once a day in the morning, and the maximum recommended dose is 120 mg once a day. The starting dose for block is ,typically 20 mg twice a day, and the maximum recommended dose is 120 mg twice a day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
