If you were case in my clinic i suggest you following:
Take steam through nose this will help you from congestion i nose.
An anti-allergic like cetrizine one a day. (5 day)
For pain paracetamol 500mg twice a day if pain or thrice a day (5 day) if pain with fever.
For throat infection Azithromycin 500 once a day (3 day) Empty stomach.
Take warm water and bed rest for 4-5 days.
