Pregnant, Constant Bleeding, Low Hemoglobin. Advice?

my sister is pregnant for the last 4 months. she had two babies. one baby was aborted in the first month however, she did not go to the doctor. she is experiencing constant bleeding for the last two months or so. now when she consulted the doctor, she was told that one of the two can be saved ie, mother or baby. her HB is lowering. Now it is 9.6. Can u advise on her health

If there is a continuous bleeding during the pregnancy, and the hemoglobin is compromised, then it is best to go for a termination of pregnancy. Absolute bed rest is necessary in such conditions.
