The symptoms are secondary to the trauma. It doesn't appear to be related to serious intracranial injury though. However if the severity of headache is worsening, you need to see a doctor and get your brain scans done.
 
I hit my top side head hard around 6 months ago, a few months after that i get these headaches on top, temple. could it be concussion? CT Scan needed?
You must get any internal injury ruled out, specially when you have some symptom like head ache. Get ct done.
