Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain Headache can occur due to causes like Sinus infection or sinusitis, venous thrombosis, arterial tears, dental and ear infections, encephalitis, meningitis, panic attacks, stress, skipped meals, cold etc..
As it is just today it has started you can at present take Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen to relieve pain..
In case of no improvement or repeated episodes of the same you can consult a Medicine Specialist and get evaluated and he can advise you MRI , CT Scan, blood tests and x rays for confirmation of cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
Treatment of underlying cause can relieve the symptoms..
You should also limit stress by doing meditation and breathing exercises..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
