Suggest Treatment For Persistent Headaches

I have had a headache over my left temple since last night. It feels like a squeeze then it lets up. It has been doing it every few minutes and nothing seems to help. No nausea or vomiting or visual disturbances with it. It s only over the left temple and no where else on my head. Cluster headache?
