There can be two reasons- either it was due to panic attack or cardiac problem. Your young age tilts the balance towards former ,if it was associated with tingling, giddiness, air hunger and apprehension of some thing is going to happen
DR SAATIISH JHUNTRRAA
spotting light red and pinkish followed by dizziness what could it be
Spotting in between periods could be an intermenstrual bleeding secondary to cervicitis n few other reasons. If spotting happens few days before cycles, this could be premenstrual bleeding which is a normal phenomenon. Let me know your last period date.Giddiness may be due to hypoglycemia. Please get back to me with more details so that I can exactly help you.

At night when going to sleep, feeling a litter hot and sweaty, a little hard to breathe, heart pumping a little faster and a little giddiness.
To me you suffer from anxiety and panic at time of going to bed
May take a drug generic named Clonazepam 0.25 mg 30 minutes before going to sleep
PLEASE keep a watch on BP also if needed go for a medical check up
