What Is The Cause Of Double Vision With Panic Problems?

Hi im having a bit of a panick. Couple of months ago it all started. One hot and clamy day driving to work when I experience my eyes crossn over double vision. Cant drive so I pull over. Had to continue to work felt very sick and my balance was way off walking into the side of the road. Very scary. Wasnt until I got to work and threw up I felt better took my eyes half an hour to get back to normal. Ive been having this symptom since june but now and again. Light headed dizzy and sick and eyes crossd over. I also have a heart condition and take warfarin. My warfarin is steady and I do take my tablets every day. Please help me as I dont know what it is. Thanks

This sounds a lot like vertigo to me - especially if symptoms occur periodically. if that's what it ends up to be, it can often be treated with good success. Given your cardiac history however, basilar artery insuffiency vs stroke cannot be ruled out. I recommend get checked out. An ENT doctor may be a good place to go, or the ER if symptoms worsen or are constant.
