Dear Mr. Pashkin,
Thanks for the query. It will be my endeavor to reply to your satisfaction.

i have nape pain and checkd my bp.its 130/100 what meds to take? or food and drinks to lower my bp? does gren tea w/ lemon can help or pineapple juice? aspirin?
Your BP is slightly raised but no treatment would be started on the basis of a single reading. Take rest, repeat BP and if higher than 140/90, see doctor. Particular food and drinks will not actively lower BP but may help you relax. Aspirin will not lower BP

I have been peeing blood, i seem to bleed after i finish urinating, sometimes clots, had my prostate removed in 2008' had my urine checked, no infections
Thank you for posting your query.
If you have rules out problems with prostate, urinary bladder and urine infection (after a good urological examination), then, you should look for increased bleeding tendencies, as would occur with medications such as aspirin, warfarin, etc, and low platelet counts.
