Thank you for posting your query.
If you have rules out problems with prostate, urinary bladder and urine infection (after a good urological examination), then, you should look for increased bleeding tendencies, as would occur with medications such as aspirin, warfarin, etc, and low platelet counts.

my auny was admitted for fever. bleeding in nose . and the test report says that platelets is very low. blood was increased in hospital .
Low platelet and fever suggest Dengu. In this platelet level becomes low. She may need platelet transfusion if level is below 1 lakh. Platelet are needfull in stopping bleeding. Do not worry ,i hope she will be alright.
What age one should start taking aspirin to make blood thinner as a preventive measure?
Dear Mr. Pashkin,
Thanks for the query. It will be my endeavor to reply to your satisfaction.
Aspirin/blood thinners are NOT ROUTINELY recommended as preventive treatment unless there is a definite indication, such as, coronary artery disease.
I cannot hazard a guess why you would like to take Aspirin as a preventive measure. if you have some ailment, write back to us.
