Cancer Survivor, Severe Chronic Body Pain. How Can I Get Relief?

hi, im a 23 year old 4 time cancer survivor with severe chronic pain in all parts i am currently on 20 mg three times a day but was recently dropped from my pain clinc and have no meds and am suffering. i cant get into a new clinic till the end of the month.Any recamondations on how to get methadone asap on the weekend
