Could Headaches Be Caused By The Bone Spurs In Neck?

I was just diagnosed by having a MRI done for my whole neck that I have spurs in 4 of my neck bones pushing into my spinal cord, but what made me go in was really bad, bad migraines. My question is could these headaches be caused from the bone spurs in my neck? I'm also having numbness on the right side of my head back behind my right ear, and they found something wrong in the MRI with my thyroid.
