What Is The Remedy For Dizziness?
I have had dizziness since a 5 day cruise. Tried over counter dizzy medications. Still running - have for years. No dizziness during motion just being still. Was running yesterday got tight around rib cage, severe pain and dizzy. Still have pain in the ribs. Dizziness not subsiding.

You need to rule out anemia first by CBC investigation.
The ear causes like infection in ear, inner ear inflammation called Labyrinthitis are common cause for dizziness.
So rule out Otological cause by detailed Otoscopy examination.
You can be prescribed betahistine tablet for your dizziness.
