General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to plantar fasciitis. I suggest using over-the-Counter pain relievers such as Ibuprofen. Resting the foot can also be helpful. Ice compresses can be an effective anti-inflammatory treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
