How To Treat Plantar Fasciitis?

Plantar Fasciitis My podiatrist recently diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis and prescribed that I wear a bledsoe pfs brace 24 hours a day. Its been a week and the pain is only worse and has increased from just being in my heel/arch to going to the very tips of my toes. Is this normal?? Thanks

Hi,

You only need to strengthen your lumbricals of feet, so just place a towel and curl it with your toes. This will strengthen your lumbricals and next you do stretching of your tendo-achilles tendon and hot bath your feet. This much would be sufficient, do it thrice a day.
