Should External Anal Sphincter Be Closed ?

when someone parts his buttock and sees the external anal sphincters parting, but the internal ones are comppletely closed..is that a problem?? or is the external one should be also closed when u part ur buttocks?

Welcome to HCM.
Anal opening is usually puckered and parting of buttocks may slightly open it up but the internals are in a collapsed state and you may not be able to see inside. It is not a problem at all.
