Hi,

Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum

During digestion blood supply to gastro intestinal tract increases and blood diverted from extremities to gastro intestinal tract. It may be the reason for fainting like feeling.

Apart from that for heaviness we need to look for acidity which may increase anxiety and may lead to shortness of breath.

So do not worry and first seek treatment for acidity if present.

Hope this will help you,

Wish you Good Health, www.99doctor.com
