Probably what you encounter is Pseudofolliculitis[pilincarniti].The cause might be waxing or shaving.So do shave in the same direction or use a tweezers for trimming the hair.SaslicDs solution twice daily can be used for relief and prophylactic use of Topicalglyco6 or glycoA is recommended to prevent this.
