Worried About My Blood Pressure

My blood pressure was 144/80 and my pulse is 95. Should I be concerned ? I had just eaten bread and OJ. I do have a history of anxiety disorder but am not taking any medication for it.

No a normal bp in a healthy adult is 120/80 and yours is in the "normal range" also resting pulse is 80 so once again in the normal range. Sounds like its just your anxiety flaring up.
