Worms, How Do I Know This For Sure?

I think I may have gotten worms from my cat. How do I know this for sure? Is there a way I can treat this without going to the doctor's office ?

Nope, you cant, you need to go to a doctor ,tell him what you suspecting and he will prescribe the right de-worming medicine to you depending on what worm is suspected..i realy dont understand why you dont want to go to a doctor???
