Hi, I have gone through your question. Loprin is aspirin which is usually given in pregnancy so that the blood reaching the fetus is increased. It is usually given in pregnant women with increased blood pressure or low uterine blood flow in ultrasound. At 13 weeks pregnancy, if the amniotic fluid is low, then increase our fluid intake to at least 2 litres a day, take adequate rest and get a repeat ultrasound at 16 - 17 weeks pregnancy to rule out any renal anomaly in the fetus as it may also cause decreased fluid in such early pregnancy. Loprin has no role in increasing amniotic fluid if you are not hypertensive and the uterine blood flow is normal in ultrasound (uterine artery doppler).
