Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

No, just taking by this medication abortion won’t occur. It is very dangerous to take this medication by yourself. You need to visit your doctor, confirm the gestational age, and scan to know the location of pregnancy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Arif N Khan
