Hello,
Surgical abortion, if performed under strict aseptic precautions and if followed up properly, does not lead to any further complications. You can safely conceive again with a proper time interval before trying to conceive again and using some form of regular contraception meanwhile. Usually, a gap of six months is suggested to allow the body to recover from the impact of the procedure and get ready for another pregnancy. meanwhile maintain a healthy diet and healthy weight and keep track of the menstrual cycle. Hope this helps.
