Will Smoking Marijuana 8 Days Before The Surgery Cause Problems?

Dear Sir,

I have smoked a small quantity of Marijuana on the 31st of December. I have an operation scheduled on 08th of Jan to correct my deviated nasal septum. I will be put under general anesthesia . I am a bit worried that that my smoking marijuana 8 days before my surgery might cause issues. I am not a habitual user and infact this was my first use of the drug.

Please advise.
