Is Marijuana Advisable For A Gastric Patient?

Is smoking marijuana while having Gastritis bad for me? I ve been suffering from gastritis for three months now. I have lost around 12pounds. Smoking marijuana usually helps with my pain and my apetitit. But does marijuana irritate the stomach ?

Marijuana and smoking are bad for gastritis. Marijuana further reduces the blood supply to the stomach and worsen the symptoms.
