Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

SMOKING REDUCES IMMUNITY, which can lead to poor recovery from yeast infection. Fluconazole do not show immediate result in yeast infection. It is a long acting drug and take few days to show improvement.

Minor change in symptom fluctuation (itching) after smoking more likely due to anxiety after smoking, which reduces threshold for somatic complaints (pain, tingling and itching).

Wishing you good health and all the best.
