I have chicken pox and pimple marks on my cheeks since last 12years, very small hole kind of or cluster of small holes on the cheeks typically when the pimple is scratched off with nails

No Propysalic NF ointment won't help remove these marks. They might do more harm. For pitted scars you need procedures for improvement. Treatments available for it include Subcision, Derma roller ( Microneedling ),Microdermabrasion, Ablative laser resurfacing, Non ablative laser, Punch excision etc. Get a consultation from a dermatologist who is experienced in cosmetology. He will assess your scars and plan treatment. You may apply contractubex gel and massage it twice a day over scars if not interested in doing procedures.
