Will Post History Of Cyst And Weight Issues Affect Conceiving?

my right ovary removed 2years back du to an ovarian cyst now i have been married t3 years trying to conceive please help me..what do i do ?i have been having sex during my ovulation period..i have added weight from 68kg to 79kg..what is really happening will i get pregnant or what is wrong with me..pls help

I really appreciate your concern, here the age is not mentioned here this is of great concern if you are above 30 years of age with history of ovary removed then the chances of pregnancy is very minimal and if the conception occurs then this would be of high risk, with the one ovary the production of ovum is important and not the ovulation period, hope this information helps you, take care and have nice day.
