Will Cirrhosis, Pulmonary Fibrosis And Chronic Airway Obstruction Result In Death?

i have alpha-1 antitrypsen defficiency, cirrohsis, and pulmonary fibrosis. i suffer from chronic airway abstruction. i am 35 years old. sometimes it is so bad that i lose control of my bowels and bladder, but not from the coughing pressure. am i dying?

Hi and welcome to Healthcaremagic. I understand your concerns.
These are serious diseases , but I can say that these are not signs of dying and you may live for many years more. There are medications which may help to slow down the disease progression and help you to go through all this. SO, you should just follow doctors instructions and take prescribed therapy. If there are acute exacerbations then you should have ventolin or other inhalations by yourself.
