Why Were My Periods Delayed ?

after 42 days i got my period,but having pregnancy symptoms before my period.now i am having severe pain.whats the problem for delay in my period

Have u done ur urine test for pregnancy?
If u had symptoms for pregnancy and got ur periods then it may be threatened abortion.
Please consult ur doctor without any delay, get confirmed by ultrasound scanning and start proper treatment.
