Why Having Pelvic Pain And No Bleeding After Taking Misoprostol?
My wife is 23 years old , she has been pregnant for 4weeks, now she wants to abortion. so that she took Misoprostol BP 200 mcg 3 tablet together. after that she suffered pelvic pain, almost 20 hours has been passed ,still she has not got any bleeding yet. please tell me the solution?

I understand your concern..It is not safe to use these tablets on your own as it has many side effects.. It should be taken under the guidance of a doctor.. Misoprostol can be taken vaginally/orally. Since there was no bleeding, it means the abortion process has not started. usually after taking misoprostol bleeding starts in 4 hr.. May be you will have to rpt the pills after consulting your doc. Even with 2nd dose she doesn't bleed, then D and C might be required.. Hope i have answered your queries.. Good day
