Why Does Not The Lump Or Phlegm In My Throat Go Away?

Hi I m 25 suffer from anxiety and the past few months have had a feeling of a lump or phlegm in my throat that won t go away i worry about cancer all the time i have no other symptons other then my voicebox clicks when i wiggle it is this an anxiety issue or somthink else?

don't worry about cancers
they present with different symptoms like weight loss and difficuilty in swallowing that starts slowly and progress over a long period
throat cancers mostly occur due to tobacco and alcohol.
there might be some infection in larynx or pharynx or even in bronchus
use antibiotics after ENT surgeon opinion
