Welcome to Healthcare Magic

Does your upper penis swell after urination as well. You seem to be having tight foreskin which is causing compression on the penis and swelling called Phimosis. You need to consult a Surgeon at a Hospital and get examined first. Circumcision surgery is relatively safe and of less duration which can be done easily in good hands. Not to worry. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables to prevent urinary infection. After Surgery your penis skin will be free and sex will also be easier and more pleasurable for you and your wife.
