Why Does Lumbar Vertebrae Slip Out While Sleeping Causing Severe Pain?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
It can happen due to weak back core muscles or chronic disc prolapse. Poor posture can also cause this. MRI scan will help in detecting cause.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
