Why Does Abortion Not Taking Place After Taking Cytotec?

Hi. Im 6th week pregnant and i just took cytotec to abort. 2 cytotec at 22:00 vaginally and oral. 2 more cytotec at 00:00 vaginally and oral. I felt nothing. Continue in the morning 7:00 i took 4 cytotec via oral and the last 4 cytotec i took at 13:00. And until now i felt nothing. Is there something wrong or it took more than a day for cytotec to react? Thanks a lot

If you have self-medicated, I would ask you to see an expert immediately for further management. If you fail to abort in a day or two, the process may need to be repeated under medical surveillance and after preliminary investigations like blood counts and a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route.
