Why Do I Get Pain In The Head And Nose After Heavy Exercise ?
While jogging and for several hours, sometimes even days after every time I breath in through my nose on the left nostril it feels like it goes right up onto the brain and sends a tingling sensation across the upper left of my head above the ear and down around to the bottom left base of the skull.

You are not suffering from any disease, it may be due to drying effect of nasal mucosa, and just dont worry for this condition.
What can u do for this condition, is to just instillil liquid paraffin nasal drop in b/l nostrils 3 drops tds.

It is normal for the air to move freely during exercise because the normal congestion in the nose is decreased during exercises, as there is even distribution of blood in the body. Hence the air blast increases during breathing and more so in those individuals whose nostrils are more patent. No need to worry, this is a normal phenomenon.
