Why Do I Have Such A High Area As Men Refer To As Muffin?

Why do I have such a high area as men refer to as muffin. Mine is extremely large and high even when shaved clean (where pubic hair grows on top), is it the bone behind or tissue, fat whatever. Otherwise I m thin but in that are it seems like I have a lot more than other females?

Hello,

It means you may be suffering from insulin resistance. So

1. Boost fibre intake.
2. avoid refined sugar.
3. Cut unhealthy carbs.
4. Eat healthy fats.
5. Pump up lean protein intake.
6. Reduce juice intake.
7. Reduce or eliminate alcohol.
8. Drink one full glass of water before each meal.

If not improved please consult your physician/endocrinologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
