Why Do I Have Low Sperm Discharge Followed By Weakness?

Hi,
I am bino, 27 years old, i have a problem of losing my sperm, every time when i am urenating the sperm is going outside and my pressure of sperm discharge become low and also it;s effect my body, i am become week.
after 3 months i am going to get marry. so please if there is any solution.
