OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be a premenstrual symptom. Some people may experience all these symptoms before periods. Don't worry. Drink lot of water. Take any multivitamin tablet as for now. All these symptoms will subside after you get your periods.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana Rajesh Babu, OB & GYN Specialist
