Why Do I Feel Dizziness, Lightheadedness And Nausea After Taking Zoloft?

I am now 10 days off of zoloft after my dr. Had me on a month tapering. Unfornately, my mood behaviors has not gotten any better, in fact it seemed extremely worse causing hostility & suicide thoughts. My dr. Decided to try me on Wellbutrin 75mg twice a day. This is my second day & I was hoping to find out if the symptoms are normal & will decease after a few days. I feel dizziness,lightheadness, & nausea.

Hello
You are taking wellbutrin i.e.BUPROPRION an antidepressant from last 2 days for depression .
But after this drug you developed dizziness, nausea, lightheadedness .
Since this drug is necessary for your depression but side effects are also present , so in my opinion take this drug after meal , so that some side effects will subside.
2nd option is to take stemetil M D once or twice in day and you will feel better. When such patient visit in my clinic I advise them to take esomeprazole-domperidone ,combination with every dose of welbutrin .
After some days this drug will adjust in your body and you will not feel any side effect , till you can wait.
