Why Did I Get Heart Palpitations And Slight Nose Bleeding?

hii sir 3 months back i suddenly on moring got little nose bleed then my heart started palpitation i hv done all the test ecg eco and ultra sound lower abdomen every thing is normal but still my heart palpitation continues and my blood test is ok only platelete level is low 1.2. so can you please help

A cardiologist should evaluate the rate – Holter or Event monitor / stress ECG / Thyroid function and so on – may all be necessary…
