General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to an anal fistula.

The treatment usually consists of surgery.

Meanwhile, I suggest using daily probiotics and eat a fiber-rich diet to avoid constipation.

I also suggest drinking liquids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
