shivering handz and legz as well as crapz in calf musceles my handz nd legz r shivering alot...itz olso a bit difficult 4 me 2 type..olso i get crampz in da nite sumtymz.. wht should i do..nd olso gve me da reason why iz it happening ? m 16 yrz old gurl
