Why Am I Having Irregular Periods?
I recently had an abdominal/vaginal ultrasound 11/27. My endometrium thickness is 19mm. Mt left ovary is almost double in size. Had a late menses 11/5 (6 days late)and it was irregular. My family doctor believes I may be experiencing early pregnancy. I have been having multiple pregnancy symptoms. Any suggestions?

Well pregnancy should be confirmed/ruled out if it is being suspected, but I would also like to emphasize on the enlargement of your left ovary. Looking for possible abnormalities and addressing them might be required.
