Why Am I Having Feeling Of Movement In Stomach, Lighter Periods And Negative Pregnancy Tests?

Hello, lately I ve been feeling movement in my stomach and this month my period was a little lighter. Everytime I get my period I m always heavy and I have the IUD on and I already did 2 pregnancy test and came out negative what could it be and another symptom j have is that sometimes my breast hurt

I don't know how long you have had your IUD, and if before you had an IUD if you were on oral contraceptive pills. In my experience, many pill users are surprised by the fluctuations in "natural" cycles, and the increase in cramps.
If this continues to be a problem please see your local doctor to make sure the IUD is in the correct position and you do not have an infection.
Finally, IUDs are one of the most effective methods of contraception. You do not need another pregnancy test.
